Re: Singapore Youth Festival Arts Presentation (SYF AP) for Chinese Orchestra

Dear Parents / Guardians,

1.     We wish to thank you for your continued support in your child’s / ward’s participation in the SYF AP for Chinese Orchestra.

2.       Our actual performance time slot for the SYF AP will be on 15^th April, Tuesday at 3.50pm (estimated). The performance venue is Singapore Conference Hall (SCH), 7 Shenton Way.  

3.      For parents / guardians who wish to watch our orchestra’s performance, please kindly note that   

                                                        i.            There will be no purchase / reservation of tickets.

                                                      ii.            Parents and members of the public will be allowed admission into the performance venue as long as there are seats available. Parents are advised to be at the venue at least 20 minutes before our performance time slot. 

                                                    iii.            Photography and video recording is strictly not allowed.

                                                     iv.            There are no parking facilities at SCH due to upgrading works. Nearby parking facilities include

1.      Prince Edward Road URA open air car park.

2.      AXA Tower and

3.      Bestway Building

Mass Rapid Transport (MRT)

The nearest MRT station, Tanjong Pagar, from Exit E is a 4-minute walk to the Singapore Conference Hall.

Taxi

There is a drop-off point for taxis at the main entrance (facing Shenton Way) of the Singapore Conference Hall. The nearest taxi stand is just opposite Singapore Conference Hall at 6 Shenton Way , OUE Downtown Tower 1.

Parking Facilities

Parking will be unavailable from 13 January 2014. Alternative parking is available at the URA open carpark (Prince Edward Road), AXA Tower and Bestway Building.
